The project aims to provide a model for adding density to the area with lots of smaller single family homes. Each unit has three bedrooms, nine-foot ceilings, a basement, and one-and-a-half baths. The building was built on a corner lot across the street from a larger building that holds Grace New Covenant Worship Center. Future plans for Healthy Homes include a project near the corner of Agler Road and Joyce Avenue that would include single family and duplexes, and several row houses of a similar design.
