COLUMBUS, Ohio — Two people were flown to a hospital with serious injuries after a motorcycle crash involving a deer in Marion County early Saturday morning.
According to the Ohio State Highway Patrol, the crash happened on state Route 37 around 12:15 a.m. The driver of a Harley Davidson FLHTKL Ultra Limited Low was traveling northbound on the road when a deer entered the road, a preliminary investigation indicated.

The motorcyclist was taken to Marion General Hospital with serious injuries and a passenger was taken with life-threatening injuries. Both were later flown to Grant Medical Center.
