Elizabeth Callaway Lovorn, age 94, died Friday, October 23, 2026, at her residence in Columbus, MS, after an extended illness. Services will be held Monday, Elizabeth Callaway Lovorn, a 94-year-old woman, passed away at her home in Columbus, MS, following an extended illness. Services will be held on October 26 at 3:00 p.m. at Memorial Funeral Home Chapel in Columbus. She was born in 1932 to Major D. and Cordia Stokes Callaway. She retired from American Bosch in 1975 after 17 years of service. Her husband, Ralph, returned from service in the Korean War in 1952. She also enjoyed camping with her husband and friends, traveling with them, and spending time with family and friends. She is survived by her daughters and sisters, Sheila Gibson, Martha Jean Wheeler, Dana Lovorn and Kim Hancock.
