Hearing set for doctor accused of killing ex-wife and her husband in their Ohio home
Another hearing has been set for an Illinois doctor accused of killing his ex-wife and her dentist husband in their Columbus home. Michael McKee, an Illinois doctor accused of murdering his ex-wife and her dentist husband, Spencer and Monique Tepe, was found shot to death in their Columbus, Ohio home on Dec. 30, 2025. The deaths were initially ruled out murder-suicide, with no gun being found at the scene and no signs of forced entry. After weeks of investigation, McKee was arrested in Illinois and extradited to the Franklin County Jail in Ohio. He is facing four counts of aggravated murder and one count of aggravated burglary. Court documents allege that McKee threatened to kill Monique and then buy the house next to her.
