Legal Advertisement PUBLIC NOTICE Notice of filing of Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER) FY September 1, 2025 - August 31, 2026 The City of Columbus must submit its Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER) to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) by November 29, 2026. The CAPER reports how the City used $195,591.61 in Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds during the program year for owner-occupied housing rehabilitation, accessibility improvements, fair housing activities, and planning and administration. Projects using CDBG funds must either benefit low- and moderate - income persons or aid in the prevention or removal of blighting conditions.
