Ritchie Jr., 23, North Vernon, Bartholomew County warrant, and Jeremiah A. Lawson, 40, Franklin, habitual traffic violator, Barthollomew County, warrant, two out-of-county warrants. Todd P. Miles, 49, from St. Petersburg, Florida, was held in lieu of $10,000 bond for possession/production/distribution of false government identification, fraud on a financial institution, possession of a controlled substance, possession possession of paraphernalia, and possession of methamphetamine. Jose A. Garcia Cruz, 31, of 3470 Parkview Drive, Columbus, was arrested for kidnapping, domestic battery, theft, possession, possession and marijuana possession. Seth Z. McCoy, 31 from the Bartholew County Sheriff’s Office, held in place of $15,000 bail for intimidation with a deadly weapon, pointing a firearm, and two out of county warrants for possession of marijuana. Delia Garcia, 37, of Columbus, and Hailey K. Owens, 20, of 1477 Grand Ave., Columbus, Bartholedomew County was also held with no bond.
